What is a shared custody/time-sharing arrangement in Florida and how does it work?

In the state of Florida, it is called time sharing, or shared custody, and with that, each parent has the right to be involved with the daily activities, and the child rearing process of their minor children. Thereby, according to the schedules, and puts in the best interest of the child, each parent is afforded that time of time sharing. It can vary and the length, as to half a week, alternating or rotating weeks, but it is purpose is that each parent shall be involved with that child equally, or a much as possible.
