How likely are Florida courts to grant custody/time-sharing to fathers?

Well, in a number of cases, fathers have gotten their minor children. There has been an increase in father's rights due to the legislative changes. As a result of that, fathers either had half and half with their minor children, that is rotating custody. They've also been able to split weeks with the other parent. Thereby, there has been no presumption that one parent is better than the other, and the chances of a father getting more time on overnights with their minor children has increased substantially with the change in our state statutes.
