The Law Practice of Beryl Thompson-McClary, P.A. provides consultation and legal support for divorce and child custody cases in the Orlando area.  While my practice is not exclusive to men, I do specialize in helping men, fathers in particular, achieve a fair and reasonable outcome in the (sometimes) female-favored family court.  I try to provide a sense of balance in an area where that balance is offset by Florida divorce lawyers and Florida custody lawyers who take the “easy” road when it comes to legal representation and divorce.  As a female practicing family law I am able to see the discrimination that occurs in the courts, and I made the decision long ago that I would support children’s rights by representing men who voraciously want to “father” the child they helped to conceive.
